Ben Thompson and Brandon Boor have been involved in global trade for over 14 years. In 2013, Ben and Brandon founded their own global trading company to buy and sell products worldwide.
After facing the many challenges of running their own trading company, in 2016 Ben Thompson and Brandon Boor founded IncoDocs, a new cloud based software tool to help importers and exporters to streamline their global trade documentation. In 2019 IncoDocs secured investment from global shipping line giant Maersk, as they shared their vision to digitize global supply chain processes. Since then Ben and Brandon have grown IncoDocs to provide solutions to companies in over 120 countries.

Additionally, the IncoDocs team continue to provide detailed industry articles, videos, podcasts, guides and tools to help companies thrive in global trade. The team are consistently providing useful content to help importers and exporters solve their problems along the supply chain.
Ben and Brandon created the Global Trade Newsletter, which provides news, resources and helpful content to over 150k+ subscribers.
The IncoDocs team are passionate about global trade and understand the complexities of the global supply chain and continue to create content and solutions to streamline the import export process and drive the future of global trade.
The Founding Team
Ben Thompson
Ben began his career in 2009, learning the ropes at a trading company buying and selling building materials throughout the Asia-Pacific region. As an export manager, Ben travelled throughout Asia to build on factory supplier relationships, and throughout the Pacific Islands regions to grow customer relationship and sales.
In 2013 Ben founded his own trading company along with Brandon, to supply factory made dproducts irectly to businesses around the world. Through Ben’s experience, he learnt about all of the fragmented processes involved along the global supply chain. Always one for efficiency, Ben has always been open to creating new ways to solve old problems.
In 2016 Ben and Brandon founded IncoDocs, to create modern cloud based software to streamline many of the manual paper based processes involved in the import/export process. Ben realized that the industry lacks a source of information to help small and medium sized businesses to succeed in global trade, so is passionate about creating helpful content and sharing information to help others succeed in their global businesses.
Brandon Boor
Brandon has a competitive winning nature, and is always striving to achieve the best results. Brandon began his career as a Professional footballer, working his way to the 1st grade National Rugby League NRL with the NQ Cowboys in the NRL competition in Australia.
After football, Brandon worked as an International trader, buying and selling goods all over the world. Brandon then founded his own trading company in 2013, and along with Ben grew that business to supply goods from factories in Asia, directly to customers all over the world.
In 2016, Brandon and Ben co-founded IncoDocs, where Brandon has lead the way as CEO to develop software to streamline export documentation for companies globally.
Brandon continues to run IncoDocs, and grow the Global Trade Newsletter to provide helpful resources and information to help small and medium sized businesses to strive in global trade.

Ben and Brandon’s hard work was recognized in 2019, when global shipping giant Maersk Shipping invested in IncoDocs to back their vision for a digital supply chain. Since then, they’ve grown the team to develop world class software that allows small and medium enterprises to streamline processes and grow their business Internationally.
IncoDocs’ export documentation software has helped thousands of businesses in over 120 countries globally to streamline export documentation processes.
